Where's the Beef

Wow! We were very warmly welcomed into the local farmer's market and we are now sorry to announce that we are sold out of the beef that we processed for retail sale. Next year we will be sure to allocate more animals for this venue. Our ultimate goal though, is to sell our grass finished beef to the local customer as 1/4, 1/2 or whole animals. We plan on taking orders next winter and spring for the early summer harvest in June. If you would like a corn finished animal we will have a few available in January. Again, we thank everyone who purchased beef from us this year and we hope you are enjoying it.


  1. Can you airmail a 1/4 lb. of beef to New Mexico?

    I'm glad things went so well at the market.



  2. TJ- stupid question, since I *HAD* beefers myself.. but never corn finished any of them. Is there much of a difference in the meat? Texture, taste etc?

    Ours were grass fed 100%... and darn tender that way too.

    OK- so now here I sit thinking about a big home raised steak on the grill...LOL.... man I miss good beef like that!
