Labor Day Bar-B-Que Prepared by Eric The Bold



Take one whole lamb, season well with secret Italian style spices, put on a rotisserie over a slow burning wood fire for 2 hours. Perfection!

    That looks great, I love Lamb. Hope that wasn't one of your pets Eric the bold BBQ'd. I suppose he would already be looking for a new home by now if it was! Evidently my invitation got lost in the mail, sorry I wasn't able to attend!!
