When I saw the title and the frame in the video I thought Mark was going to hit the cow and that would be the score. I assume getting the round bale all the way down to the lower pen was what he wanted.
Yes, my target was the bale feeder... NOT the cow, thank you Dan. Several times over the years I have been dealt a bad bounce or an assistant pre-occupied with photo journalism and the bale dissapears over the hill. The glee was in not having to chase the bundle to the bottom trying to keep it out of the creeks. We HAVE learned by experience not to remove the twine before the dismount... turned in the right direction the bale will quickly unroll like a 200 yard hay carpet. mark
I was also waiting for the bale to hit the cow. I took the "score" as a sad, sick joke--one I personally would never make.

Mark, you are talented with those bales. Please be very careful to never let one roll on you. My friend lost his father to a round bale accident. (Sure, it might have been larger, but still.)
